1. Acceptance of Terms
By using BlockBlueprint ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BlockBlueprint is a web application that converts images into Minecraft block blueprints. The core image processing runs entirely client-side in your browser.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One account per person.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until period end
- Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days
- Monthly plans are non-refundable after the current period begins
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — contact support within 30 days of purchase
5. Custom Orders
Custom order requests are subject to a separate agreement communicated by email. Payment is required before delivery. One free revision is included. Additional revisions may be charged.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to convert copyrighted images without permission, to generate content that violates applicable law, or to abuse or disrupt the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
Blueprints you generate belong to you. BlockBlueprint retains ownership of the conversion engine, UI, and all service infrastructure. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios — BlockBlueprint is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BlockBlueprint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
